4. Mu Mu’s Classic Peanut Butter Acai Bowl Recipe
Since this recipe uses frozen acai, make sure to allow enough time to let it thaw before blending. Because trying to mix a rock solid chunk of fruit isn’t easy!
Also, feel free to use any type of plant-based milk. I recommend coconut milk because it’s so creamy. But you can also use soy milk, cashew milk, or almond milk.
Tips to Boost the Protein Content: The Mu Mu Muesli cereal already contains protein, and so does the plant-based milk, nut butter, and protein powder. But you can get even more protein by sprinkling just a touch of sesame seeds or chopped walnuts on top.
