100g smoked salmon, sliced
1/2 teaspoon horesradish cream

- To make the pancake batter, simple mix together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and Mu Mu Magic in a large bowl.
- After cooking over a hot skillet for 3-5 minutes, your flapjacks should be perfectly golden brown.
