     I happened to see the article on the company in one of the newspapers (Oneonta Daily Star?) months ago.  My friend lives in Cooperstown and she bought me a bag to try from

a Natural Food store there.  I have been eating it for breakfast every day since I tried it.

  I LOVE this cereal.  I love the bite appeal and flavor.  I also like the fact that it isn't

sweet.  I I think it is so great that someone in the local area has come

As coincidence would have it, I was visiting my local pasta man, Jon Stadt, at

Flour City Pasta today. After chatting with him a bit and learning what all goes

into his products, the more I heard the more I liked. I looked for him at the

public market in Rochester, but he informed me that he goes to the Syracuse Public Market. While my order was being prepared I was glancing on his

display shelf and came across your product. Jon quickly added that he

met you at the public market in Syracuse and told me your story how

you began as artists and now make THE BEST CEREAL on the market.

I picked up a bag and added it tomy order. Am I ever glad I did! I couldn’t

wait to get home andtry it for lunch in my yogurt.

Like you, I am a busy person, an artist (too!), but I felt compelled to write and

tell you how much I enjoyed eating and tasting your cereal and knowing how

good it tastes and how good it is for me. I am about to go out cross country

skiing in a few minutes and feel good about the fuel I just put in my body. I wish you both a happy holiday and a most prosperous New Year!  You work hard
